Ben Ami Ben Israel (C), founder and spiritual leader of the Kingdom on Yah waves on May 26, 2010, along with members of the Hebrew Israelite community attending Passover holiday celebrations to mark the 42nd anniversary of their arrival to Israel, in the southern Israeli town of Dimona. The holiday commemorates the day they left Chicago for Liberia before moving to the Holy Land. The community, which approximately includes 2000 members, arrived in Israel in 1969 and has since then maintained a vibrant culture which includes a communal lifestyle and a vegan diet.
